Colleen's Fresh tomato Salad

Colleen: "This is my third year gardening and this year I have a bagillizon tomatoes! This is an easy-peasy side dish recipe with a ton of italian flavor."
Ingredients:

1/3 cup crumbled feta
2 tablespoons fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried
2 ounces olive oil
1 ounce balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
4 fresh tomatoes


  1. Cut the tomato and basil. 
  2. In a separate bowl, wisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic salt (if using dried basil add in now).
  3. Combine tomato onion mixture with vinaigrette. Add in feta & fresh basil, stir.
  4. Enjoy.
