Mexican Fish

Colleen: "This recipe made the fish very moist & tasty at a very low cost with a BAM in flavor! Not to mention it was super easy! (I did not use fresh salsa)"
For each serving, pile 1 tilapia fillet, 1/2 cup fresh salsa, 4 olives, and olive oil and lime juice on a sheet of foil. Form a packet. Grill over high heat, 10 minutes.
